Love Your Library

Those of you who have visited the library recently are well aware that we have broken ground for Phase 1 of our building expansion project. The Library's Building Reserve Fund, established at the close of the 1989 building project and added to over the years, is the source of funding for the $673,100 expansion. However, furnishings and equipment for the expanded "box" are needed to complete the renovation. Read our Expansion Newsletter for more details.

Monthly Silent Auctions

Library staff will be creating thematic gift baskets each month for silent auction each month. See the latest basket in the library foyer. All library visitors are welcome to place a bid.

Each “friend” who donates or sponsors a basket will have their business prominently displayed on the silent auction table and the donor list on the library’s webpage. If you are interested in donating a Love Your Library silent auction basket, contact Becky or Jessica at the library. Click to print a donation letter and form for your organization.

Room Naming Opportunities - Three new or renovated rooms of the expanded library have been designated as naming opportunities for prospective donors (see floorplan of expansion):

• $5,000 - The new literacy room will seat up to four for tutoring, private study, and more - Naming Opportunity Taken

• $20,000 - The new conference room will be available for small community groups and student projects.

• $50,000 - The existing multipurpose meeting room will be repainted and refurbished to better serve our community.
