Book club runs October 1 to May 1. Sign up in the Teen Zone. Receive a prize for every 15 books you read. You can record books as often as you want to receive up to 3 prizes. (ages 12 to 18)
Read For a Lifetime

A program sponsored by Secretary of State and State Librarian, Jesse White, and the Illinois State Library. High school aged teens read at least 4 of the 20 books selected by the state and receive a certificate. Sign up and complete books by March 15. Upon completion, students will also be entered into a drawing for a $25 iTunes gift card.

Paper Bead Making

Tuesday, April 6 & Wednesday, April 7 at 3 PM (during Spring Break) - Come both days for a fun jewelry-making activity. On Tuesday, make your own paper beads. Then on Wednesday, create unique jewelry items with your beads.
